I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Lic.# PSY25466) with three office locations in Southern California - Westwood, Pasadena, and Claremont. I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in a private practice setting for almost 8 years. I have also worked as a clinical director in a residential treatment program as well as supervised several interns.
I greatly enjoy this work and am so thankful to the people whom have allowed me to be a part of their journey. It is a truly unique experience, an experience in which we are given the space to co-create.
I have seen people experience relief from anxiety and depression, reach new levels of personal and professional growth, enter into and maintain recovery from addictions and eating disorders, operate from a more empowered place, find profound new meanings in life, engage in more effective communication, discover personal values, needs, desires, and hopes, and experience improvement in love / familial relationships.
I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, relationship issues, grief and loss, psycho-spiritual crisis, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience doing harm reduction, preparation, and integration work with clients using plant medicine therapies.
I am trained in Attachment Focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute and am currently in the process of working towards certification.
I have worked with many students in the local colleges and universities, and thoroughly enjoy helping people navigate this particular time.
